The cappellettis purchased the home at some point, and in 1984 subdivided the property to help build 101 Llandaff Road, and owned it until until their sale in 2001 to Michael Gorman, who may have been the first "landlord" to not live on the property, for $210,000. He sold the home to Zhou Jianyou in 2016 for $465,000, and he sold the home to its current owner in 2020 for $555,000.
